Privacy & editorial policy

Responsible documentation, not a rumor board.

This project exists to help consumers evaluate publicly advertised services. It is not affiliated with Turning Point Advocacy, Facebook, Meta, the Federal Bureau of Prisons, or any court.

What we publish

Published findings should be supported by source material and framed according to the strength of that evidence. A concern, allegation, or unanswered question is not presented as a proven fact. We do not infer identity or ownership from similar names or profile photographs.

Community submissions

Reports are private by default and are never published automatically. A report may be summarized publicly only when the submitter grants publication permission and an editor determines that the account can be presented responsibly. Identifying details should be removed unless publication is necessary, lawful, and separately authorized.

Data collected

The report form collects the account, relationship, approximate date, optional payment amount, optional public evidence links, optional name or alias, optional email, and consent selections. We do not ask for Social Security numbers, prison records, payment credentials, or other sensitive identifiers.

Use and retention

Information is used to evaluate patterns, verify claims, request clarification when permission is granted, and prepare anonymized public-interest reporting when publication permission is granted. Submissions that are irrelevant, abusive, or cannot be responsibly retained should be deleted. Contact information is not sold or used for marketing.

Corrections and right of response

Turning Point Advocacy and any person discussed are invited to supply corrections, context, credentials, registration records, engagement terms, or other documentary evidence. Substantiated corrections should be made promptly and described transparently.

Not legal advice

This site provides consumer-awareness information, not legal advice or a determination of civil or criminal liability. Anyone facing a filing deadline or considering legal action should consult a licensed attorney.
